♥ Of All These Days...

Yesterday I was sitting and having tea with my colleagues. Due to the cold that I had last weekend, I am left with a 'different' voice - the one that is a bit husky and sexy. My colleague commented about this and said that I should remain having this voice since it gives the 'manjaness' impression. I laughed and asked that person if my true voice shows what type of person am I. And the answer made me laugh out loud.

She said that I am strict the first time she reported for duty. I denied and laughed out loud. But since I was in a good mood yesterday, she even told me the whole story! I mean the first day she reported on duty, she said that I never had a smile on my face and I would somehow look at her from the corner of my eyes. I really sat back laughing and she told me one incident during our morning coffee breaks. She would peek in the tea room first to see if I was in there or not. If I was in there, she would return back to her desk and wait till I finish. And then there was this one day when I had my coffee break a bit later than usual and she was in there having breakfast. I sat down and had my coffee at one end and she had just started to eat her breakfast. The other colleagues had just finished their breakfast and started to head out to get back on their work. She told me that on that particular day, she trembled and suddenly felt full even though she was starving. She stopped and threw away the remains of her delicious breakfast and went out of the room immediately because of me. I was laughing out loud at this story and so were the other colleagues yesterday.

So, here I am wondering if I am that kind of person. I went asking my other colleagues. Some of them agreed with the statement and some were quite hesitant to give the answer.

Before this, my younger brother had told me about this once. My dad has also informed me about this and told me to smile often. But I usually take this matter as a joke and not that serious. And now, I am feeling a bit confused and keep wondering whether this is true or not. I tried changing the way I talk and look at people but I feel like I am totally a different person and not my own self.

Lioness - Looks tame but is a fierce animal

Anyway, I hope that people won't call me a singa betina when I get mad or furious. At least I am not up to that level. So, anyone who knows me in person, give your opinion about me here. And no, I won't bite you guys or have any hard feelings.

Am i really never good enough for you?
