♥ People..

In a new relationship (friends etc) I really try to see the positive side of new friends before getting to know them. I would try to not judge them by the first impression they give. But I always fail to do that. Anyway, I would try to get to know them better and I would always put aside the negative first impression of a person. Who are we to judge a new person by comments from others right? And sometimes the comments given by people are not true. They are just jealous or have something against the new friend. Maybe they think that we will just forget about them and the new friend will try to steal us away from the bond of friendship that has been there for quite sometime. Trust me, that seldom happens. So do not worry if your friend finds a new pal to hang around with and forgets about you.

I watched Trek Selebriti last night. I really like the way Jimmy Shanley has bloomed to be quite a host. I have been following Trek Selebriti since the first episode. He really did look like a nerd and was a bit nervous. Who wouldn't be right?

I really thought that he would be like a very talkative person in real life. Not that in the TV he is not real, but you never know a person until you meet with them face to face.

But I was wrong. I met him at the launch of Khai's album. He was wearing office attire if I am not mistaken. His hair was shoulder length and was braided in many little braids. On TV, I thought that he was quite a good looking and cheerful guy. But that day, I really thought that he was quiet and a bit arrogant. Well, that was my first impression. I didn't even had the nerves or didn't even want to say hi or anything. But then, my friends asked to pose with him and I did join them. Well, guess that I did have the wrong first impression of him. He was friendly but a bit quiet. No sign of arrogance at all.

Last night, there was another side of Jimmy Shanley that proves me wrong of his so called arrogance (he is not actually, but that was my first impression of him). He is sensitive. Who would have thought that the cheerful and cheeky guy that hosts Trek Selebriti would break down and cry on air. And my heart really went out to him. I could imagine his feelings at that time. I also cried watching Trek Selebriti last night.

And what shocked me most was that he is no ordinary guy who only hosts Trek Selebriti. But he is an educated guy and has a permanent job as a Directing Manager! And look at the Merc that he owns. Oh my God! At only 25, he is running a company and is considered as successful! How I envy him.

All I have to say here is that do not judge a person through the first impression only. Get to know that person and you will see what a wonderful individu that person is. On the other hand, give good first impression to others because you will never know who is watching you.

I wish all the best to Jimmy Shanley in his life.

Am i really never good enough for you?
