♥ Zippidy Doo Dah...
I am totally in a good mood this morning. My spirits are high. I think it has been months since I felt this way on a Monday morning. Anyway, as I wrote in a previous entry, I was away for a seminar in Marriott Putrajaya last week and I did learn and absorbed quite a lot. But what makes me sad was that I did not have the chance to go to the gym! Well, maybe some other time.
The seminar ended on Friday and I headed back to the office. But since I arrived at around 3 pm, I only had an hour and a half till the day ends. Anyway, I tried to make full use of the time left but my mind was elsewhere.
On Saturday, I went to the MAS Travel Fair for the first time. And because I did not have any experience before, so I went there at 7.30 am! Well, at least they say that we have to expect the unexpected. Quite a number of visitors were there when I arrived. After getting the entry pass, we had to queue up again before the hall is opened. And I was among the visitors in front of the hall that were sitting down in the lines. And when they opened the doors, I felt like I was being packed in a tin of sardines! From 10 lines, people were squeezing to enter the two doors! After making the entry, I felt relieved. Anyway, I queued up at the MAS counters for Golden Holidays and was among the first to queue up. Even being among the earliest to queue up, the tentative dates that were among the priority dates on my list were fully booked. Eventually, I did get the dates that I wanted and started dreaming for next year’s vacation (ha..ha.. like I have the money to travel every year!!)
Even being among the early birds to book, I finished everything at around 11.45 am. And the lines behind me were getting longer. There were many choices to choose from and it is a great opportunity to grab. The rates are cheap and even those with middle class income could afford the price.
I would definitely find time and save money to travel next year. But what is on my mind is with whom should I travel?
